Why Stand Up Paddle Boarding is my life?
For me it all started back in the 80’s and it was a skaters life. For me it all started back in the 80’s and it was a skaters life.
I grew up skateboarding. It was a concrete wave that provide my glide. Ive continued to skate off and on to this day. But as I got older my knees couldn’t take the stress of a hardcore skater. I needed another form of ride that would fulfill that need, without killing my body. About 4 years ago I found Stand Up Paddle Boarding. I bought my first board researched every thing SUP and finally took to the water. Ive never looked back. I now race on a recreational level and Stand Up Paddle Tour every chance I get. Along with Paddling I try and share my experiences with fellow paddlers and the ever growing paddle board community. Ive also worked very hard getting my foot in the door of the Stand Up Industry. I now work for Rogue Stand Up Paddle Boards.
Managing the East Coast race and surf team. The Ambassador Program and Handling Board and Product Distribution on the east coast. Not only is Paddle Boarding my passion its becoming a career.
I love and want to continue to inspire more people to become paddlers. It doesn’t matter what level of a paddler you become, as long as your doing what you love.
For me its Stand Up Paddle Boarding.
